We use 2 types of physical exfoliation (dermaplaning and microdermabrasion) and one chemical exfoliation (chemical or enzyme peel) to remove dead skill cells.

“Will visiting The Only Facial cause me to breakout?”
The Only Facial provides an exfoliation and detox for your skin. On rare occasion, it may stimulate a post-treatment breakout. As part of your facial, we will use a high frequency wand to control bacteria and decrease inflammation. If you have any post-treatment breakouts you can stop by to have the area treated again at no charge.
“Will dermaplaning cause my hair to regrow in a coarse and stubbly fashion?”
No, dermaplaning will not affect the hair growth cycle.
After the hairs are removed, your skin will feel much smoother, your products will penetrate deeper and your make-up will go on beautifully. Initially re-growth after dermaplaning may feel slightly different because the hair has been cut straight across. If you loved the feel of your smooth skin, come back and see us again for your next visit!
“How often do I need The Only Facial?”
In our youth, our skin produces new cells every month. We will have you fill out a skin survey before your appointment so your aesthetician is knowledgable about your skin concerns. They will complete a skin analysis and begin the treatment. They will explain every step along the way, creating a baseline for future treatments. After your visit, we will send you home with a goodie bag and some post care instructions. Your aesthetician will follow up with any Product recommendations and to check on your post treatments skin. You'll leave feeling refreshed and more educated about your skin's needs.
